Mark helped me process and heal from sexual abse as a child and also a gang rape.
He has helped me so much to process the multitude of terrifying and crippling emotions, memories and sensations in my body.
After the rape I felt like I had been robbed of my soul and body, disrespected and disregarded, leaving me so lost and hollow.
Mark helped me find myself again and realise the rapists had not and could not take my essence of my soul, that part of me was untouched and undamaged.
This helped me hugely in my healing path.
